Short version: this is a reading site run by people with no special authority. Verify anything that matters before you spend money on it, and do not treat us as advisers.
Acceptance
By using bitrefill.promo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
No affiliation
We are not Bitrefill. Bitrefill is operated by Airfill Prepaid AB (Swedish company number 559001-6035), with Airfill US LLC handling certain bill payments. We have no commercial relationship with either entity, no access to their systems, and no ability to act on your behalf.
We are likewise not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any exchange, brand, retailer or platform mentioned on this site. All trademarks, brand names and logos referred to belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial comment only.

Accuracy, and its limits
We research carefully and source claims to primary documents where we can. We still cannot promise the site is accurate at the moment you read it, and here is specifically why:
Prices are live data. Gift card pricing changes daily. When we say a $50 Steam card was listed at $55.32, we mean on the day we checked in August 2026. Verify the current price before you pay — that is the single most valuable habit we recommend anywhere on this site, and it is set out on our fees page.
Catalogues and terms change. Brands come and go by market, spending limits get revised, and payment methods are withdrawn — Binance Pay was accepted by Bitrefill until it was not. Promotional terms can be changed or ended without notice.
Regional rules differ. Region restrictions, tax treatment and consumer protections vary by country, and we cannot cover every jurisdiction. Where we mention a regulator or a legal framework — MiCA, for example — it is context, not a legal opinion about your situation.

Acceptable use
You may read, quote and link to this site freely; a link back is appreciated. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, scrape it to produce derivative content, or misrepresent us as the operator of any platform we write about.
You also may not use this site as a resource for fraud. We describe how gift card and voucher systems work, including their failure modes, so that legitimate buyers can avoid losing money. Some searches that reach us are looking for "carding methods", code generators or free codes. Those are fraud, they are prohibited by the platforms' own terms — with account suspension and asset seizure as stated consequences — and nothing here is intended to assist them.
Liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content, including lost funds, unredeemable codes, suspended accounts or missed promotions.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The text, structure, design and original research on this site belong to its operator. The Bitrefill.promo name, logo and visual identity are ours. Screenshots of third-party websites are reproduced for editorial comment and identification; the underlying rights remain with their owners.
