We read everything that arrives. We reply to most of it, usually within a few working days. We do not have a phone number, a live chat or a support queue, because we are an editorial project rather than a service provider.

Corrections
Corrections are the emails we most want. Everything on this site has a shelf life: gift card prices move daily, catalogues change by market, spending limits get revised, and payment methods disappear — Binance Pay was accepted until it was not, and a great many pages elsewhere still say it works.
If you can, tell us what you saw and where. A screenshot of a product page showing a different price, or a link to a help centre article that has been updated, lets us verify and fix in minutes rather than hours. We will correct the page and note what changed.
What we will not do
Publish promo codes. We tested the circulating ones and they do not work; our promo code page explains the mechanics of why. Sending us a code will not get it published.
Publish referral codes. Every valid Bitrefill referral code produces an identical result, so publishing one would make the page an advertisement for a single account while pretending to be research.
Accept payment for a verdict. Some outbound links on this site are commercial and that funds the work — which is precisely why the underlying figures are all sourced to documents you can open yourself. We are not for sale on the facts.
Give financial, tax or legal advice. We are not qualified and it would not be legal for us to try. Spending appreciated crypto is a disposal event in many jurisdictions and may be taxable regardless of what a merchant reports; that is a question for a professional who knows your situation.
Security and privacy
Please do not email us gift card codes, private keys, seed phrases, passwords or identity documents. There is no reason we would need any of them, and anyone claiming otherwise while using our name is impersonating us.
We are conscious that this niche attracts phishing, and that the March 2026 Bitrefill data exposure — which leaked email addresses alongside purchase histories — made those approaches noticeably better informed. Our review page covers the incident and the hygiene we recommend. If you receive a message that appears to come from us and asks for anything sensitive, it is not us.
